Corporate Development Analyst/Associate

Project 3 Mobility is looking for a Corporate Development Analyst or Associate who would help with organizing all communication and information sharing with current investors and preparing the company for future investment rounds. This person needs to have 2-4 years of relevant experience and would be working directly with our Head of Corporate development and investor relations in securing funding. They would be the first line of contact with investors and investment banks. We are looking for an organized, structured and analytical individual with great inter-personal skills.

Corporate development Analyst/Associate needs to deeply understand the strategic direction of the business, current business model and help with creation of the business plans alongside the controlling department. Person will have to hold meetings and present the business and their ideas in a structured manner to various stakeholders. Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must. 


  • Assist in the management of fundraising processes and service existing investor base
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the investment community, advisors, and other market participants
  • Work closely with the Head of Corporate Development and Investor Relations
  • Analyze data and build detailed financial models including but not limited to financial modeling for M&A, joint ventures, project development, and financing activities
  • Interpret financial analyses, perform scenario analyses and benchmarking analyses
  • Conduct competitive and strategic analysis on Project 3 Mobility, its peers, and the industry
  • Support in the development of the Equity Story
  • Support with identification of investor targets
  • Support in the development of investor marketing materials (teaser, company presentation, confidential information memoranda)
  • Assist in the management of due diligence processes incl. the organizing and managing the data room
  • Prepare for, participate and present in meetings with various stakeholders
  • And other tasks as assigned by a line manager


  • Monitor and control a company's financial status and fundraising process
  • Track important shareholder obligation dates and make sure all investor communication is done on time and in quality
  • Manage the due diligence processes


  • Master's degree in Finance or related field
  • Experience 2-4 years in investment banking, investor relations, financial advisory or management consultancy
  • Strong analytical, organizational and mathematical skills, problem solving attitude, detail oriented, result-driven
  • Experience in a multinational environment is desirable
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English
