Project 3 Mobility is looking for ERP Projects Manager who would work closely with workstream leads, functional consultants and internal/external stakeholders to support the shaping, delivery, and governance of the Digital Transformation Programme. This person needs to have 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally within a consultancy environment, and would be working directly with our Head of IT to manage transformation across all business functions.  We are looking for an organized, structured, and analytical individual with great inter-personal skills.

ERP Project Manager needs to deeply understand the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of business systems, ideally including ERP, CRM, WMS or HCM.  They should be able to direct the business to provide leadership, vision and direction setting for both project teams and business partners. Person will have to coordinate cross functional activities and present the business and their ideas in a structured manner to various stakeholders, internal and external. Practical Project management deployment and demonstration of successful execution is a must. Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must. The location of the role can be either Croatia or the UK.

REGULAR TASKS

ERP System Implementation

  • Define the ERP Project Scope, Project Team Structure and High-Level Project Deliverables
  • Define ERP Architecture strategy
  • With support from Internal Stakeholders define the business functionality requirements for an ERP system.
  • Define the “To-Be” Organizational Design to ensure the ERP system can be operated effectively that will achieve P3’s Operational and business goals.
  • With support of all Stakeholders, define the “To-Be” User interface processes and systems requirements that will guarantee ERP data integrity.
  • Identify an ERP system that is best fit for P3 Mobility – Support the RFQ and nomination process where required.
  • Be the Key liaison with the nominated ERP Provider – Ensuring they meet all P3 project Milestones and gateways
  • Co-ordination with IT Providers to ensure a successful ERP implementation and roll out.
  • During the Implementation and Roll Out phases of the ERP system, embed best practices into business-as-usual activity.
  • Ensure full “User Acceptance” during the Testing phases.
  • Act as the primary point of contact to both Internal and External Stakeholders
  • and other tasks as assigned by a line manager

  

REQUIREMENTS

  • Set the scope of the ERP system that will fully meet P3’s business needs.
  • “Blueprint” the End-to-End Op&Bus. Processes with Internal Stakeholder champions.
  • Define the appropriate ERP Project resources and the subsequent BAU resources levels to support and manage the ERP operation.
  • Define and deliver the most suitable ERP Architecture solution strategy for the P3 Business (SaaS, On Site)
  • Engage with ERP providers and nominate the preferred ERP supplier, ensuring best QCD outcome for P3
  • Implement first stage of the ERP system in time for Pre-Production builds; with full operational roll-out before series production
  • Set the project phases, defining the appropriate milestone acceptance gateways. With special attention to the what the “Success Criteria” are for the both System and User Testing phases.
  • Lead the Roll out of the system across the business ensuring robust embedding with all Stakeholders – Swiftly Countermeasure any concerns and bugs as they a discovered.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS, COMPETENCIES AND PERSONAL QUALITIES

  • High Level experience of managing ERP Systems implementation and roll out.
  • Strong Project management and Governance
  • Deep analytical skills with high capacity to think strategically about complex issues, evaluate alternatives, and make compelling recommendations based on proven business case analysis
  • Solid understanding of overall business strategy development and Op&Bus Processes
  • Experience in success in dynamic and complex environments,
  • Manage Core Process Owners with ability to influence at all levels
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with any steering committees, boards, and all stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Candidates with experience from the Automotive sector would be advantageous but not essential
