REGULAR TASKS 

  • Conduct materiality assessment and establish as well as implement ESG strategy and KPIs 

  • Coordinating the environment and social initiatives and the compliance to law and regulatory requirements of P3 and its subsidiaries

  • Build a team of people who can drive strategy and cultural change

  • Strategize and drive P3’s overall sustainability framework and methodology towards ESG and integrating sustainability elements at corporate level.

  • Formulating and driving the implementation of P3’s ESG policies and framework across the firm

  • Be the ESG Ambassador across the firm and develop ongoing training agenda to build ESG awareness, expertise and culture.

  • Initiate ESG training and develop ongoing training agenda across the firm to build ESG awareness and culture.

  • Support Business Development team and Investment team in engaging with (prospective) customers and in responding to customer requests.

  • Contribute to P3’s thought leadership program and raise P3’s ESG profile in external forums (conferences, panels, industry working group).

  • Leading the annual ESG and sustainability reporting process and developing an effective performance monitoring framework

  • Leading the ESG rating activities

  • And other tasks as assigned by a line manager
     

AUTHORITIES
Decision-making authorities

  • Building up ESG department (defining processes and department structure)

Managerial authorities 

  • Directly reporting to either the CEO or the Head of IR (to be decided based on finally selected person) 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Responsible for all ESG related activities at P3  

  • Present ESG practices from both customer and investor perspective 

  • Build, implement and execute ESG strategy

SENIORITY LEVEL: More than 10 years relevant experience in ESG ideally in leading position
