Project 3 Mobility is looking for an HR Business Partner, a Partner responsible for carrying out all HR activities within the dedicated business departments and actively supporting managers in those activities. This person needs to have relevant experience (5+ years) within HR, and a great understanding of HR processes.

HR Business Partner needs to have great analytical skills for conducting research and consistently developing and enforcing HR projects, procedures, and policies. Ability to assist management and leadership in resolving employee relation issues, conducting effective investigations, and recommending actions for sensitive and complex situations is preferred. Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential, as well as flexibility and great interpersonal and communication skills.

HR Business Partner will play a role in designing, developing, and executing full life-cycle HR projects and processes, but also be supporting recruitment activities, providing dynamic solutions using experience, and organizational agility to guide decision making.

REGULAR TASKS

  • Leading and executing HR projects and processes on team and company level
  • Supporting and advising management/leadership in all HR related projects, processes and other topics related to their employees by providing valuable input and expertise (i.e., on Hiring processes, Employment laws, HR policies, HR processes, Compensations, Relocations, Expats, etc.)
  • Act as a Business Partner, strategic solution provider, advisor, and coach for the leaders in the team
  • Conduct all kinds of disciplinary processes and support leadership in communicating it, advise leadership on hiring and terminations
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements - employee/employer related rights (labour law and delicate topics) and mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary
  • Implementing organizational changes, organizing promotions and transfers
  • Supporting and advising leadership in HR related topics and with possible tools (i.e., for rewarding and motivating employees)
  • Maintain awareness of the culture, plans, compensation position, and competition of the business units
  • Conduct (bi)weekly/monthly meetings to check in with dedicated business units
  • Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention
  • Oversee and conduct interviews and onboarding for new hires
  • Support with defining the HR strategy and setting KPI’s within dedicated departments
  • Providing support in the research, analysis, and design of our global Compensation strategy
  • Performing job evaluations including internal and external market compensation analysis, analyzing and understanding local compensation trends and advise on enhancements
  • Leading salary survey data submission to participating surveys
  • And other tasks as assigned by a line manager


REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • You have a B.A: or B.Sc. degree
  • You have 5+ years of experience (experience in an international environment is a plus)
  • You are a team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You can transfer knowledge on simple and clear manner
  • You are comfortable in collaborative & competitive environment
  • You have a fluency in English (mandatory)
  • You are flexible
  • You have excellent presentation skills
  • You have excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a “start up” business is desirable
  • Experience in working on rewards topics such as grading, salary reviews, bonus calculations, long -term incentive plans, benefits is a plus
