Project 3 Mobility is looking for a Recruiter who would be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent with the goal to fulfill company’s hiring needs. This person would be collaborating with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations. This person will be responsible of managing the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles and helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent. We are looking for an organized and structured individual, with at least 3 years of experience in HR field.

Recruiter needs to have a deep expertise in full cycle recruiting. This person also needs to have exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills as it is a crucial role for our company to find best talent on our market. This person needs to continuously partner with HR team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies. Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must.

  • Identify current needs in personnel for their business unit
  • Identifying job requirements and determining qualification criteria for candidates
  • Determining optimal job advertising mix, including job boards, careers pages and social networks
  • Crafting sourcing strategies through online channels
  • Advertising job openings
  • Actively sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and headhunting on LinkedIn, or similar)
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Interviewing and evaluating candidates
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
  • Promote employer brand through recruitment activities including job fares, local community events, social media etc.
  • Host and participate in recruitment events and job fairs to network with potential candidates in-person
  • Review job descriptions to ensure they capture role requirements and use inclusive language
  • Develop and distribute candidate experience surveys
  • And other tasks as assigned by a line manager

  • Monitor HR metrics like time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
  • Collaborate with managers and employees to identify future hiring needs
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during hiring process
  • Staying current on the company’s organization structure, Employee Handbook, and government laws regarding employment practices
  • Being a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
  • Tracking execution of hiring plan
  • Ensuring and keeping track of the deadlines for recruiting
  • Reporting HR statistics to HR Director
  • Ensuring sufficient candidates in pipeline continuously


  • BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Psychology or relevant field
  • Strategic thinking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Experience with sourcing
  • Sound judgement
